“I have always felt a deep connection to Humanity and a desire to fully live and Grow On from all that life brings.”

Sharon Mitchell {Dip Gen/Obs Nurse (Otago) BA.Hons Psych, M.Clin.Psych. (UWA), Master Practitioner in Integral Wholeness Facilitation (WA)}. Approved principal supervisor Clinical Psychology AHPRA.
Throughout my life I have sought ways to nurture wellbeing and bring greater understanding, meaning and growth from whatever comes to one’s life. Working as a paediatric nurse with children and families through times of trauma, illness and dying showed me that through great vulnerability, uncertainty and pain comes strength, resilience, compassion & Love.
In becoming a clinical psychologist I have had the privilege of working as a psychotherapist with children, adults, families and systems for over 25 years across a range of settings – developmental, mental health & private practice. I have extensive training in a range of scientifically based psychotherapies and practises, specialising in parent/child, family, intimate and work relationships, also providing mentoring and supervision within and outside of my profession.
The depth of each human means that no one technique, approach or practice will suffice. Holistic integrated counselling and psychotherapy embracing heart, mind, body and soul offers real ways to grow one’s agency, potential, creativity, potency and love of self and life. Through the lens of one’s ‘Whole Life’ each person can gain greater perspective, understanding, meaningful connectedness from which to create enduring life changes.
Working with Loretta we have brought together ‘Whole of life teachings and practices’ offering individuals and groups deepening and enriching ways to creating ones greater resources and wellbeing.
